Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment, subject to product availability.

MaboicaKL uses third-party fulfilment partners, including CJ Dropshipping. Depending on the product and available stock, orders may be shipped from China or another fulfilment location.

Shipping methods and delivery estimates

Available shipping methods, shipping fees and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout for the applicable destination. Delivery times vary depending on the product, destination and shipping method selected.

Order processing time is separate from shipping and transit time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Customs clearance, carrier delays, public holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
